I am in Seattle this weekend getting my seafood fix and loving every minute of it. Also...having a great visit with my son and daughter who live here.
We spent Saturday on the waterfront and ate at the Crab Pot where they dump all your seafood in front of you to eat on paper rolled down on your table so you can make a big mess..dig in. Complete with bibs, mallet and butter to dip everything in. Lovely. No need for good manners at this feast, just dig in and enjoy. There's nothing like a delicious seafood meal after walking along the waterfront smelling the salty air and fishy aromas. The only other place in Seattle I love more is the Public Market (known to tourist as "The Pike Place Market") Now that is a food haven.
