I will soon be posting a "Best Of" for our cruise when I get home since there are so many things to write about. Since I have a few more WiFi minutes left on my cruise plan before the end I will tell you about our cooking class we took today with Chef Wayne Johnson. Chef Wayne happens to live near us and has a restaurant in Renton, Washington called Shuga Jazz Bistro . Everyone wanted to get their photo with Chef Wayne, a very likable and fun guy. I would say this event was one of the highlights of our cruise and will be on the "Best Of" list. We signed up early for this class since there were limited spots. Each of us were assigned one of three dishes: Southern "style" Braised Oxtails Watercress and Mango Salad and a dessert that was Coconut Flan.
