I think Lewis and Clark would roll over in their grave if they could see Seaside now. There are a few more people here than when we arrived earlier in the week. We walked on the Prom into town this morning for the parade and saw the crowd gathering for the fireworks on the beach tonight. There was a good crowd for the parade which went down the main street of town. Everyone was excited for the parade to start. You never go far around here without running into salt water taffy and the parade participates were throwing it everywhere. This was always Nick and Lauren's favorite part of the parade... the candy. And I think it's still that way for most kids.
