We ended our Masters weekend by stimulating our senses at our favorite restaurant, Barbacoa.
The food is exquisite
the decor is amazing
and the service is excellent.
We always start our meal off with their made-to-order guacamole created right at your table to the spiciness of your liking. So good! Tonight I ordered the Latin Steak with many little side dishes like spanish rice, beans, lots of salsa, lots of cilantro, a flour tortilla, stuffed avocado...
Bruce had short rib raviolis
Barbara had cornmeal crusted scallops with pea puree and gnocchi
and Jim had fillet mignon wrapped in bacon on a hot rock with mashed potatoes and onion rings
Tomorrow Barbara and Jim will drive back home, Bruce and I will return to work and Masters weekend is over until next year. Then we'll do it all over again.
