Makes about 6 dozen
1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 lb. butter
4 cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped fine
2 tsp. vanilla
more powdered sugar for rolling the cookies in
1. Mix butter and sugar. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Chill dough 2 hours or so.
2. With a teaspoon, form into small balls.
3. In a 350 degree oven, bake for 12-15 minutes but not until brown, only light.
4. Let cool for 5 minutes and then roll in powdered sugar. You may need to roll in powdered sugar two or three times as they contiue to cool to get a complete coating.

Don't be afraid to make too many!

These look amazing! I also love that they have just 5 ingredients. I haven't started doing any baking yet...I'm so behind! I'll have to try these. I also love bite-sized cookies - great recipe.
